Q: I forgot my password; what should I do?
A: Click here to fill out the login request form to have your password e-mailed to you.
Q: When I try to access my account; I am denied, why?
A: Your password is case-sensitive. Also, be sure that you have cookies enabled on your browser.
Q: If I subscribe at work, can I watch the movies at home or another location?
A: You may use any computer, and device, and at any location to log in and watch videos.
Q: I can't see the video, but I can hear the audio; what's going on?
A: You may not have the latest Flash Player installed. Visit Adobe's website to download it.
Q: How fast of an internet connection do I need to watch the training movies?
A: You should have a broadband connection (DSL, Cable, T-1, etc.) or a LAN connection at work. If you're not sure if your connection is fast enough, watch some of our free movies to see how quickly the movies download.
Q: When I click the link to watch a movie, nothing happens..what's wrong?
Q: I can't log in, even though I have the correct username and password; why?
A: Be sure to have cookies enabled on your browser.
Q: Can I let my friend borrow my account information to log in?
A: As outlined in the Train Simple Terms and Conditions, you are the only person authorized to access to the online training. Train Simple monitors each time you log in to prevent abuse.
Q: When I click the link to watch a tutorial, it seems that video never loads into the player; why?
A: You may have visited the site with different systems. You may have to clear your browsers cookies to re-activate the video tokens.
